I offer individual, family, child, adolescent and
group therapy.
I believe that we all hold the potential to heal and
transform. My goal is for you to not just survive, but
truly thrive, in mind, body and spirit.
I have a somatic and mindfulness-based
orientation, which means that our work has the
potential to reach a deeper level than just talking
about issues. My work is also influenced by
psychodynamics, trauma-informed therapy,
ecotherapy, and the Recovery Model.
I have helped people with many different areas of
concern, including:
Anxiety
Depression
Trauma/PTSD
Stress
Self-esteem
Sexual abuse
Panic
Social anxiety
Relationship issues
Disability issues
Communication issues
Life transitions
Substance use
Addiction
Severe “mental illness”
Gender identity
Sexuality
Cultural concerns

change
ourselves."

While I work with a wide range of issues, I specialize
in working with trauma, anxiety and stress. I am very
aware of the feelings of vulnerability that can arise in
exploring these issues. I know that healing and
transformation is possible, and working together to
create a sense of safety is the first step.
